    The record was published by sinnbus records in 2010.
    In the process of drawing and designing the cover a small book emerged and was meant to be published and shared with the world.
    ´LOVE´ is a selection of drawings on found footage photographs by the artist Stephane Leonard and those drawings processed and edited by the designer Martin Eichhorn.
    The first half of the book is dedicated to all the drawings and the second half to various layout sketches and experiments for the artwork of the swedish band Alarma Man´s 2010 record LOVE FOREVER. The photographs display different stages within relationsships - from childhood to marriage to death. Leonard´s drawings and drawn words react and interact with the photos scratching off the obvious, exposing invisible emotional aspects of the scene

    Art-Language, Volume 4, Number 3 is an attempt to produce a guide to 'Ways of Seeing' by John Berger et al. It might be argued that 'Ways of Seeing' has already been dispensed with, that it is obvious to anyone worth talking to that it is a bad book, etc. But it is a paradigm of sorts. It pricks the liberal conscience from the Left and enlightens the inert mass from above. It is widely recommended to art students and to others studying the arts. It suffers from an almost incredible number and variety of defects. Some of them were pointed out long ago, others are made explicit here for the first time. An adequate criticism of 'Ways of Seeing' will be in part the criticism of a paradigm. It will be clear to many readers that this is more than just a criticism stuck to the text. It is a detailed examination of a broad range of attempts at mystification and the conditions of their occurrence.

  • As a possible – perhaps – reaction to all those who love the comfort and permanence of the status of their position, I have gathered a series of unusual chairs, personas that are characterised by a sensitive nervous system. I believe their creators foresaw for the visitor not to forget and become complacent while seated, as would someone when sitting on any chair and shortly thereafter forgetting the very action of sitting. The visitor is called upon to reflect on the condition that the chair’s form presents them with. I would not argue that they are pleasant or comfortable to sit on, seeing as their construction does not allow the sitter to acquaint himself immediately. Note that the chair’s presence is not always obvious but it is implied, as for example in Mario Carbone’s photograph Donna in Osteria 1956. Different in style, they all meet in this exhibition to converse.

  • Das Buch Sin Otro Particular enthält die Arbeiten des Mail Art Contest, die La Más Bella im Jahr 2002 gemacht hat. Das Buch wurde vom Verlag Blur Ediciones (Madrid) herausgegeben und enthält alle fast 300 Werke, die La Más Bella während des Aufrufs erhalten hat. Der Mail Art Call von La Más Bella aus dem Jahr 2002 basierte auf der Verbreitung einer 10 × 15 cm großen Postkarte in alle vier Winde. Am Ende der Ausschreibung, im März 2003, hatte die Postbox von La Más Bella fast 300 Sendungen aus 25 Ländern erhalten. Das Buch Sin Otro Particular enthält alle erhaltenen Werke, sowie eine Liste mit den Daten aller Teilnehmer, sowie zwei einführende Texte von La Más Bella und Pere Sousa (in Spanisch und Englisch).

  • This survey of experimental art and design magazines published since 2000 explores the various ways in which contemporary artists and designers utilize the magazine format as an experimental space for the presentation of artworks and text. Throughout the 20th century, international avant-garde activities in the visual arts and design were often codified first in the informal context of a magazine or journal. This exhibition, drawn from the holdings of the MoMA Library, follows the practice into the 21st century. The works on view represent a broad array of international titles within this genre, from community-building newspapers to image-only photography magazines to conceptual design projects. The contents illustrate a diverse range of image-making, editing, design, printing, and distribution practices. There are obvious connections to the past lineage of artists’ magazines and little architecture and design magazines of the 20th century, as well as a clear sense of the application of new techniques of image-editing and printing methods. Assembled together, these contemporary magazines provide a first-hand view into these practices and represents the MoMA Library’s sustained effort to document and collect this medium.
