Die im Katalog kopierten Bücher sind in Orginalgrösse abgebildet.
„Sampler“ lädt die Besucher dazu ein, studentische Publikationen aus den Jahren 2000 bis 2024 sowohl als materielle Objekte als auch als Sprachfragmente zu entdecken und dabei die Schnittstellen zwischen bildender Kunst, Grafikdesign, Literatur und räumlicher Installation zu erkunden.
Das Projekt, das als Ausstellung in der Kunstenbibliotheek in Gent konzipiert wurde, ist ein Jahr lang in den Räumlichkeiten der Bibliothek zu sehen. An Wänden, auf Böden und in Regalen sind die Titel von 26 Werken als textuelle Interventionen angebracht und verwandeln den Innenraum in eine Landschaft aus poetischen Fragmenten. Ergänzt wird diese Konstellation durch eine breitere Auswahl an Publikationen – eine kürzlich erfolgte Schenkung an die Bibliothek, die in Vitrinen im zweiten Stock präsentiert wird.
